WorkshopsGood volunteer management means creating viable volunteer jobs, knowing when to give experienced volunteers more responsibility, and developing ways to recognize - and retain - volunteers. Our workshops are designed to support your work. Guided by input from agencies, and through emerging trends in volunteering and community involvement, The Volunteer Center presents a series of seminars and workshops each year. Our trainings are designed to support your work with volunteers at all levels within your organization. Trainings are held in both San Francisco and San Mateo Counties. Advance registration is required to attend a session; please use the link provided in each session description to register. You MUST complete the registration process and receive confirmation from The Volunteer Center unless other arrangements have been made.
