In a disaster, your help will be needed...

...staff a hotline, assess damage, sort donated food, make sandwiches or comfort a survivor - we know you care and The Volunteer Center has a system set up and ready to go that will connect people who want to help to the places where help is most needed.

When a disaster strikes, we mobilize individuals immediately by setting up a county-wide phone. If phone service is disrupted, we will set up a Volunteer Reception Center for walk-in volunteers.

For more information on how you - or your organization or business, can work with The Volunteer Center's Emergency Response Program, contact us at 415-982-8999.
