Resources for Youth

The Volunteer Center's Youth Outreach Program encourages youth to find meaningful community volunteer opportunities through resources such as our electronic youth newsletter, Youth Pulse and our Guide to Youth Volunteer Opportunities. We are committed to helping youth serve their communities by providing easily accessible information about the diverse volunteer opportunities in San Francisco and San Mateo counties.

Youth Pulse is a monthly electronic newsletter produced by The Volunteer Center as a means to inspire Bay Area youth to volunteer and support them in making positive and appropriate connections to their community. Send an email if you are interested in receiving a monthly copy of this useful publication. The Guide to Youth Volunteer Opportunities is an educational toolbox that assists youth in starting their search for volunteer positions and links users to a wide range of community organizations that post youth volunteer opportunities in our database.
